Filter Work Orders (Mobile App)

Quickly filter through work orders in your CMMS to find specific tasks, improve organization, and optimize your maintenance processes.

Follow these steps to filter work orders in WorkTrek:

  1. Access the Work Orders List

    • After logging in, click on the menu icon in the top left corner and select "Work Orders".

  2. Choose Your WO Group

    • Depending on the work orders you wish to search, select from one of the following tabs: "My Orders," "Unassigned," or "All Orders."

  3. Explore Filtering Options

    • Once the list of work orders appears, you can filter them in several ways:

      • Search Field: Type the work order's name directly into the search bar.

      • Barcode Scanner: Open the barcode scanner to identify assets which are related to the work order.

      • Filter Options: Click on the "Filters" field to apply specific filters based on various criteria. Tip: Once filters are active, the "Filters" field will turn black. Be mindful of this, as filters can remain active without users realizing it, potentially limiting the work orders list displayed.

  4. View Filtered Results

    • After applying one of the filtering methods, the corresponding work orders will be displayed.
      ​NOTE: If you're filtering by typing text in the search field, keep in mind that it also searches within the work order description.
