Claim Work Order (Mobile App)

Claiming work orders ensures accountability, improves task tracking, and enhances workflow management within your organization.

Follow these steps to easily claim work orders through our mobile app:

  1. Access Work Orders:

    • Click the menu icon in the top left corner and select "Work Orders."

  2. View Unassigned Work Orders:

    • Click on the "Unassigned" tab to view all work orders not assigned to any entity or only assigned to your organization.

  3. Claim Work Orders (Two Ways):

    • Click on the work order to open it and then select the person icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Once you claim the work order, you will be redirected directly to its details.

      • Select the options icon next to the corresponding work order and then choose "Claim." This action will redirect you to the My Orders tab, where the newly claimed work order will be added to your list.

  4. Complete the Claim Process:

    • The work order has been claimed, allowing you to perform any actions included in your role.
