Editing requests ensures updates are accurate, improves task execution, and enhances communication for better results.

Follow these steps to easily edit requests on our mobile app:

  1. Log In and Access Requests:

    • After logging in, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and select "Requests".

  2. Open the Request:

    • Under "My Requests" tab, select the request you wish to edit.

  3. Edit the Request:

    • When the request details open, you'll see it in View mode. To make changes, click the Edit icon located in the top right corner.

  4. Update Details:

    • In the Details tab, you can add relevant images. If you need to attach additional documents, switch to the Documents tab and click the Plus button in the bottom right corner.

  5. Communicate with the Team:

    • Under the Logs tab, you can discuss request-related activities with your team. Use this space to share updates or ask questions about the request.

  6. Save Changes:

    • After updating all necessary information, tap the diskette icon in the top right corner to save your changes. Choose "Complete" or "Reject" based on your intended action.
