Redirect Work Orders (Mobile App)

Redirecting work orders ensures proper task allocation, faster response times, and enhances workflow efficiency.

Redirect work orders with ease using our mobile app. Follow these steps to delegate tasks more effectively:

  1. Access Work Orders:

    • Start by selecting the menu icon in the top left corner and tapping on "Work Orders."

  2. Find the Work Order:

    • Open the "All Orders" tab. You can locate the work order by typing its details in the search field, scanning the barcode of an associated asset, or simply scrolling through the list if it's not too long.

  3. Open the Work Order:

    • Once you've found the work order, tap on it to open it. Then, click on the options icon in the top right corner.

  4. Redirect the Work Order:

    • Select "Redirect." Here, you can choose the appropriate contractor, either a specific user or an organization. If you redirect it to an organization, any eligible member can claim it. Additionally, you can add a comment with any necessary instructions.

  5. Finalize the Redirect:

    • Click on "Redirect," and the work order will be reassigned to the selected contractor.
