Create Request (Mobile App)

Creating requests via the mobile app simplifies the process, offering quick access, real-time tracking, and enhanced practicality on the go.

Follow these steps to create a new request through our mobile app:

  1. Access Requests:

    • After logging in, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and select "Requests."

  2. Create a New Request:

    • Tap the Plus button to open a new form.

  3. Enter Request Details:

    • Fill in the Name and Description fields, set the request Priority, and upload any relevant Images.

  4. Assign Asset:

    • If the request is related to a specific asset, select it by clicking on the Asset field. Enter Due Date to let the users know the maximum resolution time.

  5. Set Due Date:

    • Specify a Due Date to indicate the maximum resolution time for the request.

  6. Add Documents:

    • Under the Documents tab, attach any files that provide additional information or instructions.

  7. Submit Request:

    • Click the diskette icon in the top right corner and select "Submit."

  8. View Request:

    • The new request will appear under the "My Requests" tab.
