Overview
The Scheduler view provides a visual timeline of all your planned and unplanned work orders. It allows you to drag and drop work orders onto specific dates and assign them to technicians or organizations. This helps you balance workloads, prevent scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource usage.
The scheduler offers flexible filtering options, allowing you to focus only on the work orders or resources relevant to your needs.
- Open the Scheduler tab- Navigate to Work → Work Orders → Scheduler.
- You’ll see a calendar view in the center, a list of available technicians and organizations on the left, and unplanned work orders on the right.

- Use filters to refine your view- At the top of the screen, you can use filters such as Asset, Project, Contractor, Responsible Person, Type, Category, Status, and more.
- These filters help you display only the work orders and users you want to schedule.

- Review unplanned work orders- On the right side, you’ll find all unscheduled work orders. These are tasks that have not yet been scheduled.

- Drag and drop to schedule- Drag a work order from the unplanned list and drop it into the calendar next to the appropriate technician or organization.
- This will automatically create a Scheduled Date field within the work order, showing the time and date you placed it on the calendar.

- View technician and organization workload- The calendar view shows all scheduled work orders by time and assignee.
- You can easily spot if a technician is overloaded with work or has available capacity.

- Adjust scheduling as needed- Work orders can be easily rescheduled by dragging them to a new time slot or to another technician. This provides a flexible and visual way to manage workloads in real time.
