Create Follow-up WO

Stay organized and address recurring issues with ease by creating follow-up work orders.

Follow these instructions to create follow-up work orders:

  1. Access Work Orders Section

    • After logging in, click on Work in the sidebar menu and select Work Orders.

  2. Select the Work Order

    • Find the corresponding work order. You can use filtering options to quickly locate it.

  3. Open Actions Menu

    • Click on the Actions button in the details section or select the three dots next to the work order code in the table.

  4. Start a New Work Order

    • Choose Follow-up WO to begin creating the follow-up work order.

  5. Complete the Details

    • Enter all necessary information for the new work order. For more guidance on creating work orders, check this link.

  6. Save the Work Order

    • Once you’ve filled in the details, select one of the available actions to save the work order.
