Redirect Work Order

Redirecting work orders enhances efficiency, optimizes resource allocation, and ensures timely responses to maintenance needs.

Follow these steps to easily redirect a work order. This process ensures that the right team members handle the right jobs.

  1. Log in and Access Work Orders

    • Once you've logged in, select Work from the sidebar menu and click on Work Orders.

  2. Select the Work Order

    • Choose the corresponding work order you want to redirect. You can narrow the list by using the available filter options.

  3. Redirect the Work Order

    • Click on the Actions button or the three dots in the work orders list, and select Redirect from the dropdown menu.

  4. Choose Recipient

    • Select the Organization or User to whom you want to redirect the work order. If necessary, add a comment for context.

  5. Confirm the Redirection

    • Click on Confirm to complete the redirection process.
