Add My Signature (Mobile App)

Adding your signature boosts accountability, ensures task verification, and provides an official record for maintenance activities.

Follow these simple steps to easily add your signature in our mobile app:

  1. Access Settings:

    • Once logged in, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and select "Settings" to access your account options.

      Open the side menu and tap “Settings” to manage your profile and app preferences.

  2. Select My Signature:

    • In the settings menu, choose "My Signature" to start the process of adding your signature.

      Select “My Signature” from the settings menu to begin setting up your digital signature.

  3. Draw and Save:

    • Draw your signature in the provided space, then click "Save Signature." Your signature will now be saved for future use across all tasks.

      Draw your digital signature and tap “Save Signature” to apply it across work orders and tasks.
