Learn how to easily reset your forgotten password by following these simple steps in our mobile app.

  1. Open the Mobile App:

    • Start by opening the mobile app and selecting "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.

  2. Enter Email Address:

    • Input the email address associated with your account and press "OK." A notification will confirm that a reset email has been sent.

    • Log into your email account and find the password reset email. Click the "Reset Password" button provided.
