Create Reminders (Mobile App)

Discover how to create reminders using our mobile app with these simple steps:

  1. Access Reminders:

    • After logging in, tap the main menu icon in the top left corner and select
      "Reminders."

  2. Open Reminder Creation:

    • Once in the Reminders section, tap the Plus button in the bottom right corner to start creating a new reminder.

      The Reminders screen is displayed with a list of scheduled reminders. A green plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner is highlighted for adding a new reminder.

  3. Set Up Reminder Details:

    • You can choose to create a reminder for yourself or assign it to another user.

    • Enter a clear Description for the reminder.

    • Choose the Reminder Type: either specify a number of days or set an exact date.

    • Decide if the reminder should Repeat periodically.

  4. Choose Notification Method:

    • Select how you would like to be notified: by Email, Mobile App, or both.

      The "Create Reminder" screen is shown. Fields are filled out to set a reminder titled "Update emergency contact list", assigned to the current user, set to trigger in 7 days, with email and mobile app notifications enabled.

  5. Save and Confirm:

    • After entering all the necessary information, tap Save.

    • Refresh the list to see your new reminder displayed.

      The reminder "Update emergency contact list" now appears in the list, with its scheduled date and time shown as September 11, 2024, at 1:06 PM.
