Create Warehouse Transaction (Mobile App)

Creating warehouse transactions via the app streamlines processes, speeds updates, and ensures real-time accuracy.

Follow these steps to create warehouse transactions, ensuring accurate, efficient, and real-time updates for your inventory management.

  1. Access Transactions:

    • Log in and select the Menu icon in the top left corner.

    • Click on Supplies and then go to the Transactions tab to view all transactions.

  2. Create a New Transaction:

    • Click the Plus button to start a new transaction.

  3. Enter Details:

    • In the Details tab, first select the transaction type.

    • Choose the warehouse(s) involved.

    • Enter the Transaction Date, Name, and Description.

  4. Add Items:

    • Switch to the Items tab and click the Plus button to add items.

    • Add items by scrolling through the list, searching by name, or scanning the item's barcode.

    • Note: For "Out" or "Transfer" transactions, ensure the outbound warehouse has items; otherwise, no items will appear.

  5. Save and Execute:

    • After adding all necessary items, click the diskette icon in the top right corner.

    • Select Execute to complete the transaction and add it to the list of existing transactions.
