Entering work logs boosts accountability, tracks progress, and ensures clear records for better project management.

Follow these simple steps to easily add a new work log entry, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of your work activities.

  1. Access the Work Logs:

    • After logging in, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and select Work Logs.

  2. Find the Relevant Work Log:

    • A list of existing work logs will appear. If you have a long list, use the search bar to quickly locate the specific work log by typing its name.

  3. Open and Add a New Entry:

    • Select the work log you want to update. Once it’s open, tap the Plus button to add a new entry.

    • If you need to edit an existing entry, click on the options icon to the right of that entry and select Edit.

  4. Fill in Entry Details:

    • Under the Details tab, provide a Description of the work performed, set the Date, and attach any relevant Images or Documents.

  5. Complete Checklists:

    • Navigate to the Forms tab to add or complete any necessary checklists. Click the Plus button to add a new checklist and fill out the required information.

  6. Save and Manage Time:

    • After saving your entry, you may need to log time spent on the task. Depending on your settings, either start a timer or manually enter the time. Do this by clicking the options icon on the right side of the entry.

  7. Make Adjustments if Necessary:

    • If you need to make any changes to your entry later, click on the options icon next to the entry and choose Edit.
