Create a Request from a Work Log Entry

Quickly generate a request directly from a work log entry to follow up on maintenance issues or tasks identified during routine work.

Work log entries can be seamlessly converted into new requests, enabling you to initiate follow-up actions right after recording an inspection or completed task. When you convert an entry, key information is automatically transferred to the new request, eliminating duplicate data entry and maintaining accuracy across records.

Prerequisites

To generate requests directly from work logs, ensure this option is turned on in your Work Log Settings.

(For step-by-step guidance on updating these settings, refer to the Creating Work Log documentation.)
