Follow this guide to learn how to set up efficient request forms.
Access the Settings Panel
Log into your WorkTrek account, navigate to the sidebar menu, and click on Administration. Then, select Settings.
Open Request Settings
Within the Settings section, choose Request from the available options to manage request form behaviors.
Edit Request Definitions
Customize by Request Stage
You'll find three tabs corresponding to different stages of the request lifecycle:
Creating a Request
Approving a Request
Closing a Request
Configure each tab to tailor the request form fields based on the request's status.
Adjust Field Settings
Within each tab, you can set the visibility behavior for each field:
Hidden – the field won't appear on the form
Read Only – the field is visible but cannot be edited
Optional – the field is visible and can be left blank
Required – the field must be filled before proceeding
Save Your Changes
Apply the Settings
