A well-designed dashboard is the heart of any CMMS, giving you a real-time overview of your operations at a glance. WorkTrek’s dashboard consolidates key metrics and visual data to help you make informed decisions faster and manage maintenance workflows effortlessly.


1. Benefits of Using the Dashboard

With WorkTrek’s dashboard, you can:

  • Monitor work orders, tasks, and requests in real-time.

  • Keep track of overdue and urgent actions easily.

  • Visualize performance with charts for requests, work orders, and expenses.

  • Analyze trends to improve planning and efficiency.

  • Access critical KPIs like on-time completion rate, low stock alerts, and PM percentages.


2. Dashboard Overview

2.1 Tab Navigation

At the top of the dashboard, users can easily switch between key views using the following tabs:

  • Overall Work: Displays all work orders and tasks across the organization.

  • My Work: Focuses on work orders and tasks assigned specifically to you.

  • Overall Assets: Gives a high-level view of all assets in the system.

  • My Assets: Provides information and updates on assets under your responsibility.

These tabs allow users to personalize their view and quickly access relevant data based on their role.


2.2 Quick Metrics

Below the tabs, the dashboard highlights crucial workload metrics at a glance:

  • New Requests: Track how many new issues have been logged.

  • Approved Requests: See requests that have been approved and are ready for action.

  • Open Tasks & WO: Monitor open tasks and work orders in progress.

  • Overdue Tasks & WO: Stay ahead by knowing which actions require immediate attention.

  • Urgent Tasks & WO: Identify items flagged as urgent.

  • Closed Tasks & WO: Review recently completed work.

  • On-Time WO Completion Rate: Keep an eye on timely delivery.

  • Reopened WO: Monitor how many work orders needed rework.


2.3 Visual Analytics

WorkTrek’s dashboard offers clear and insightful visual data:

  • Active vs. Completed Requests & WO Graphs: Compare your team’s output month-over-month.

  • Planned vs. Actual WO Expenses Chart: Track how actual expenses compare to planned budgets to control costs.


2.4 Active WO by Status

On the right-hand side:

  • A breakdown of work orders by status (Draft, Submitted, Approved, In Progress, Assigned, etc.) shows workload distribution at a glance.
