Follow these simple steps to generate an action from a request:
Note: Before you can generate actions from a request, you need to enable this option in Settings.
Access Settings
After logging in, navigate to the Administration section from the sidebar and click on Settings.
Enable Action Creation
Select Request settings and check the options for the activities you want to generate from a request.
Save Changes
Click Save to apply your settings. You can now create work orders, tasks, or projects directly from a request.
Note: A request must have the status Submitted before you can generate these actions from it.
Access Requests
Navigate to the Work section from the sidebar and select Requests.
Find the Relevant Request
If the list is long, use filtering options to quickly locate the request. Learn more about filtering requests here.
Select and Edit the Request
Click on the Edit button from the details section or the three-dot menu next to the request name in the table.
Choose the Action to Create
Select the appropriate option based on whether you need to create a Work Order, Task, or Project.
