Create Action From Project

Easily generate tasks, work orders and similar activities from a project, ensuring faster and more efficient execution.

Follow these steps to quickly create an action from a project:

  1. Access the Projects Section

    • After logging in, navigate to the Work module and select Projects.

  2. Select a Project

    • Find and select the project where you want to add an activity.

    • Click View to open the project details.

  3. Choose the Type of Activity

    • Go to the Work tab and select the type of activity you want to create:

      • Work Orders

      • Tasks

      • Preventive Maintenance

      • Requests

      • Work Logs

  4. Create a New Activity

    • Click New to start adding a new action.

    • For Work Orders and Tasks, you also have the option to click Add Existing to link a previously created one.
      ​

  5. Automate Project Association

    • When you create an action from within a project, it will automatically be linked to that project.

    • From here, you can continue filling in other necessary details.
