Follow these steps to easily create and manage warehouse transactions through the web app:

  1. Access the Transactions Menu

    • After logging in, navigate to the sidebar menu, click on Supplies, and select Transactions.

  2. Start a New Transaction

    • Click New to open a form for creating a new warehouse transaction.

  3. Provide Transaction Details

    • Enter the Name and Description for your transaction.

  4. Select a Transaction Type

    • Choose from the three transaction types based on your needs:

      • In: Record supplies entering a warehouse.

      • Out: Track supplies leaving a warehouse.

      • Transfer: Log supplies being transferred between warehouses.

  5. Add Items to the Transaction

    • In the Items section, select the relevant items:

      • Double-click an item in the Available Parts table to move it to the Selected Parts table.

      • If the item list is extensive, use the Search field to locate items by Code or Name.

  6. Finalize the Transaction

    • After adding all necessary items, choose one of the following actions:

      • Save As Draft: Save the transaction for further edits.

      • Submit: Confirm the details and submit the transaction for approval.

      • Execute: Finalize the transaction and update inventory immediately.

  7. Copy An Existing Transaction (Optional)

    • If you often create similar transactions with the same items, you don’t need to start from scratch every time. Simply select the completed transaction you want to reuse and click on Copy. A new transaction form will open with all the same items pre-filled.

    • You can then adjust details such as quantities, descriptions, or dates as needed. This can save you a lot of time, especially if the original transaction included many items.
