Follow these steps to easily create and manage warehouse transactions through the web app:
Access the Transactions Menu
After logging in, navigate to the sidebar menu, click on Supplies, and select Transactions.
Start a New Transaction
Provide Transaction Details
Enter the Name and Description for your transaction.
Select a Transaction Type
Choose from the three transaction types based on your needs:
In: Record supplies entering a warehouse.
Out: Track supplies leaving a warehouse.
Transfer: Log supplies being transferred between warehouses.
Add Items to the Transaction
Finalize the Transaction
Copy An Existing Transaction (Optional)
If you often create similar transactions with the same items, you don’t need to start from scratch every time. Simply select the completed transaction you want to reuse and click on Copy. A new transaction form will open with all the same items pre-filled.
You can then adjust details such as quantities, descriptions, or dates as needed. This can save you a lot of time, especially if the original transaction included many items.
