Filter Contacts

Filtering contacts enhances task coordination, making it easier to allocate the right people to the right tasks.

Follow these steps to filter contacts in our web app:

  1. Log in and Access Contacts
    • Once you've logged in, select Businesses from the sidebar menu and click on Contacts.

  2. Open Filter Options
    • Click on the filter icon to reveal the available filter options.

  3. Add Filters
    • Select the corresponding filters you wish to apply to narrow down your contact search.

  4. Apply Filters
    • Click on Apply Filters to display a new list of contacts that meet your criteria.

  5. Remove Filters
    • To remove the applied filters, click on the X icon next to the filter icon or reopen the filter options and select Reset Filters.

  6. Use the Search Field
    • You can also filter contacts by typing the contact name directly into the search field.
