Filter Services

Easily manage and organize your records by filtering services, saving time and ensuring better tracking of tasks.

Follow these steps to filter services in our web app:

  1. Log in and Access Services

    • Once you've logged in, select Catalog from the sidebar menu and click on Services.

  2. Open Filter Options

    • Click on the filter icon to reveal the available filter options.

      Access detailed information for services like HVAC maintenance through the Catalog > Services section.

  3. Add Filters

    • Select the corresponding filters you wish to apply to narrow down your service search.

  4. Apply Filters

    • Click on Apply Filters to display a new list of services that meet your criteria.

      Use category and status filters to refine the service list for easier navigation and selection.

  5. Remove Filters

    • To remove the applied filters, click on the X icon next to the filter icon or reopen the filter options and select Reset Filters.

      Easily reset active filters in the Services view to display the full list of service records.

  6. Use the Search Field

    • You can also filter services by typing the service name directly into the search field.

      Quickly locate specific services by typing keywords like “Electrical” in the search bar.
