Filter Warehouse Transactions

Filtering warehouse transactions speeds up data retrieval, ensures accuracy, and improves inventory tracking and audits.

Follow these steps to filter warehouse transactions in our web app

  1. Log in and Access Transactions

    • Once you've logged in, select Supplies from the sidebar menu and click on Transactions.

  2. Open Filter Options

    • Click on the filter icon to reveal the available filter options.

      Access transaction records including status, type, source, and destination warehouse from the Transactions section.

  3. Add Filters

    • Select the corresponding filters you wish to apply to narrow down your transaction search.

  4. Apply Filters

    • Click on Apply Filters to display a new list of transactions that meet your criteria.

      Use filters such as transaction type, source/destination warehouse, and date range to narrow down inventory transactions.

  5. Remove Filters

    • To remove the applied filters, click on the X icon next to the filter icon or reopen the filter options and select Reset Filters.

      Quickly clear active filters to show all supply transactions across warehouses.

  6. Use the Search Field

    • You can also filter transactions by typing the transaction name directly into the search field.

      Find specific warehouse transactions by entering search terms like “Central warehouse” into the search bar.
