Filter Stock

Quickly locate items by filtering stock, enhancing accuracy, saving time, and optimizing your inventory processes.

Follow these steps to filter stock in our web app:

  1. Log in and Access Stock

    • Once you've logged in, select Supplies from the sidebar menu and click on Stock.

  2. Open Filter Options

    • Click on the filter icon to reveal the available filter options.

      View inventory item details such as quantity, price, and warehouse location in the Stock section.

  3. Add Filters

    • Select the corresponding filters you wish to apply to narrow down your stock search.

  4. Apply Filters

    • Click on Apply Filters to display a new list of stock that meet your criteria.
      ​

      Use filters by part name, category, or warehouse to refine the list of stock items.

  5. Remove Filters

    • To remove the applied filters, click on the X icon next to the filter icon or reopen the filter options and select Reset Filters.
      ​

      Clear selected stock filters to restore the full inventory list in the Stock module.

  6. Use the Search Field

    • You can also filter stock by typing the item name directly into the search field.
      ​

      Quickly locate stock items by typing keywords like “Camera” into the search bar.
