Filter Tools

Filtering tools boosts efficiency, simplifies access to specific resources, and enhances overall management for smoother operations.

Follow these steps to filter through tools in our web app:

  1. Log in and Access Tools

    • Once you've logged in, select Assets from the sidebar menu and click on Tools.

  2. Open Filter Options

    • Click on the filter icon to reveal the available filter options.

      Access tool information such as status, category, and location from the Tools section under Assets.

  3. Add Filters

    • Select the corresponding filters you wish to apply to narrow down your tool search.

  4. Apply Filters

    • Click on Apply Filters to display a new list of tools that meet your criteria.
      ​

      Use filters like parent asset, tool category, or status to narrow down the tool inventory list.

  5. Remove Filters

    • To remove the applied filters, click on the X icon next to the filter icon or reopen the filter options and select Reset Filters.
      ​

      Clear active tool filters with the reset option to restore the full list of tools.

  6. Use the Search Field

    • You can also filter tools by typing the tool name directly into the search field.
      ​

      Quickly locate tools by entering keywords such as “Clamp meter” in the search bar.
