Filter Locations

Filtering locations improves efficiency, enabling fast access to specific sites and simplifying asset monitoring and control.

Discover how to filter through locations in our web app with these steps:

  1. Log in and Access Locations

    • Once you've logged in, select Assets from the sidebar menu and click on Locations.

  2. Open Filter Options

    • Click on the filter icon to reveal the available filter options.

  3. Add Filters

    • Select the corresponding filters you wish to apply to narrow down your location search.

  4. Apply Filters

    • Click on Apply Filters to display a new list of locations that meet your criteria.

      The filter panel is open with values selected for Parent Asset, Asset Category, Status, and Active. A red arrow points to the "Apply Filters" button.

  5. Remove Filters

    • To remove the applied filters, click on the X icon next to the filter icon or reopen the filter options and select Reset Filters.

  6. Use the Search Field

    • You can also filter locations by typing the location name directly into the search field.

      The user has typed “Green valley” in the search field to locate "Green Valley Power Station." The matching result is shown in the list with full location details on the right.
