Follow these steps to enable work order creation in the mobile app.
Log into the Web App and Access Administration
• Once you're logged into the web app, open the sidebar menu and select Administration. Then, tap on Settings.
Enable Work Order Creation for Mobile
• In the Work Orders tab, check the box labeled Create Work Orders in Mobile App.
Re-log in to the Mobile App
• Log out and back into the mobile app to apply these settings. Once completed, you’ll be able to create work orders directly from your mobile device.
