Enable Creating Work Orders In Mobile App

Follow these steps to enable work order creation in the mobile app.

  1. Log into the Web App and Access Administration

    • Once you're logged into the web app, open the sidebar menu and select Administration. Then, tap on Settings.

      Navigate to administration settings through the sidebar menu.

  2. Enable Work Order Creation for Mobile

    • In the Work Order tab, check the box labeled Create Work Orders in Mobile App.

  3. Re-log in to the Mobile App

    • Log out and back into the mobile app to apply these settings. Once completed, you’ll be able to create work orders directly from your mobile device.
